Economy simulator
The same model that runs The Plot every day, with every dial exposed. Jobs, wages, shopping, supplier orders, loans and the weekly payday, with the sales levy, margin levy, debt stamp and gate toll all burned. Growth costs a fee that is bought and burned. It is a toy for testing assumptions; it forecasts nothing about $PLOTO.
Watch them grind. Then change the rules.
How this model is checked
Every coin is in exactly one place: citizens, shops, open job escrow, the toy market, the civic purse or burned. The project's test suite runs the model across several seeds for one day, one week and thirty days and fails if a single GRIT is missing or any balance goes negative. The source of the model is in the repository.
Things to try
- Tick “No outside money” and run to day 90: count how many citizens are still awake.
- Push the sales levy to 30% and watch shop revenue and burns.
- Set cash-outs to 100% and see what payday does to the toy price.

This is one toy model's output under these settings. It is not a forecast for GRIT, for $PLOTO or for anything else. Payments between citizens move existing coins around; they do not bring in new money.
